She founded Dedicated Bookkeeping Service with one simple goal: to provide excellent customer service and reliable financial support for every client. Over the years, she has built a strong team that shares this same vision, ensuring her clients receive the highest level of care and attention.
Beyond bookkeeping, family and community are at the heart of who she is. Her husband proudly served as a Dallas Police Officer for 31 years before retiring and continuing his work in private-sector security. Together, they've raised three wonderful children and are blessed with three precious grandchildren.
They live on a farm filled with life and activity—9 cows, 8 horses, 4 dogs, 3 cats, and 15 chickens keep them busy when they're not working. Travel is another passion they enjoy.

As a Certified IRS Enrolled Agent, Suellen brings more than six years of tax preparation experience to her clients and holds both a Master of Science in Accounting and an MBA. Her deep technical knowledge and practical, real-world insight allow her to simplify complex financial matters so business owners can focus on growth.
Outside of her professional work, Suellen is a proud mom of six and a dedicated volunteer within the foster care community. She also serves as a volunteer tax preparer through the IRS VITA program, giving back by helping families and individuals navigate their taxes with confidence and care.

She spent 17 years in the dental field as a Dental Assistant and Front Office Manager, where she discovered her true passion—working with numbers and managing the business side of the practice. About four years ago, she had the opportunity to transition into a full-time role focused on that area, and it’s been one of the best decisions she's ever made.
Outside of work, she and her fiancé have recently started traveling, which has quickly become a favorite hobby. She also loves spending time outdoors—anything that gets her outside and in nature makes her happy.

After completing her military service, April earned her Bachelor of Science degree from East Texas A&M University. She began her bookkeeping career in 2022 and quickly established herself as a trusted and reliable member of the Dedicated Bookkeeping Service team, where she supports a wide range of clients with accurate financial management and a client-first mindset.
April resides in Nevada, Texas, with her husband, daughter, and three dogs. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys crafting, cooking, and traveling with her family whenever possible. Her blend of military experience, academic achievement, and personal passion for helping others makes her a valuable asset to both her clients and her community.

Sherri is married and has a daughter who attends Texas A&M. She loves animals and has 3 dogs and 3 ponies. She and her husband have been married for 40 years and have lived in 6 states and one foreign country. She is a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and is currently serving as Regent of her chapter. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting, knitting and sewing, as well as reading.

Outside of bookkeeping, she enjoys spending time on her acreage, where she is always working on building and improving the land. Family is also a top priority in her life, and she makes it a point to find meaningful ways to spend time with the people she loves.

Mark is married and has three grown sons. He and his wife, LaDonna, volunteer with the Hunt County Special Olympics, where they coach several sports. He also serves as Treasurer for the Hunt County Woodturners. In his free time, Mark enjoys woodworking in his shop and playing disc golf.
